Our story

​

Small online business owners have to juggle lots of problems already. Selling their products should not be one of them. We know this, because two of our founders, Nora and Markus, have been small business owners for over five years and doing live sales for over four years as of 2024.

​

We love doing live sales on Instagram to this date, because they establish close long-term relationships with our best customers. What we always hated with live sales and all other sales on Instagram though, was the manual work processing claims afterwards. We have a Shopify website and used to manually create and upload claim listings to our website, where customers could pay them.

​

We always try to improve how we do things in our business and after years of researching, evaluating, discarding and improving ideas and concepts, we finally came up with the concept that is Claimbase today. After deciding for today's concept, we got to work building a team and start coding.

Claimbase is run by a small team of four dedicated individuals with one common goal: To make an impact in the lives of small online business owners: To make their lives easier by helping them sell their products online. What makes our team strong is our alignment to this one common goal and the fact, that we could not get rid of one of us - everyone brings essential skills to the table that Claimbase could not exist without.
