Terms and Conditions for the Claimbase Referral Program

 

1. Program Overview:

• The Claimbase Referral Program is a limited-time initiative running from September 1st, 3pm CEST, to October 1st, 12am CEST, 2024.

• This program is available only to existing Claimbase customers who refer new Shopify merchants to Claimbase during the promotion period.

 

2. Eligibility:​

• Referrals are eligible if the referred Shopify merchant installs Claimbase and accepts billing between the specified dates.

• App credits of up to $15 are available per referred shop, based on the amount that the referring merchant has been billed by Claimbase before, capped at $15 per referral.

 

3. Earning Credits:

• To earn credits, the referred shop must have Claimbase installed for at least 30 days and have completed at least one app charge.

• Both the referring shop and the referred shop must inform Claimbase of the referral via Instagram direct message or email.

• App credits earned through the referral program are non-transferable and can only be used by the referring merchant's Shopify account. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other accounts.

• Participants in the referral program are solely responsible for understanding and complying with any tax implications associated with the receipt of app credits. Claimbase assumes no responsibility for any tax obligations arising from participation in the program.

 

4. Verification Process:

• In cases where multiple shops claim to have referred the same merchant, the referred shop will be asked to confirm the referring party. If no decision is made, the credits may be split among the claimants.

 

5. General Terms:​

• By participating, you agree to these terms and conditions.

• Claimbase reserves the right to end or modify the referral program at any time. Any changes will be communicated promptly.

• Claimbase reserves the right to exclude any participant from the referral program if they violate the terms and conditions or are suspected of engaging in fraud, abuse, or other unethical practices. In such cases, no app credits will be awarded.
